This hotel is perfectly located in a beautiful garden setting, right on the beach. The well-maintained gardens leading down to the beach create a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The room amenities here are top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, in-room safe. Plus, the room also has a television and an AM/FM alarm clock for entertainment. Not to mention, the carpeted floor adds an extra level of comfort. The dining bar/lounge area is a great place to unwind and the staff, who recently took over management, seem to have done an admirable job. The service here is exceptional, making my stay truly enjoyable. The leisure swimming pool and facilities are a fantastic addition, and the free Wi-Fi, car park, bar/lounge area, exercise gym, swimming pool.

This venue is highly recommended to everyone.

Nothing at all.

It is convenience for me to drive to airport just around 15minutes by avoiding the traffic.

I think the hotel reservation not really did their job becuase I have made a request for 2 single beds. However, they provide king size bed during my check in. But eventually, they managed to get me 2 single beds just lucky the rooms were not full during my stay.

Because of budget and location. Please do minor renovation esp. on the bathroom. TQ

We loved the location near the beach, with a breathtaking view. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, especially the swimming pool, and the breakfast was delicious.

The beachfront location was great for watching the sunrise and sunset. the buffet breakfast had a variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. the hotel was located near several restaurants and shops, making it easy to find things to do.

The room was not very clean, with stains on the carpet and furniture. the staff was not very helpful when we requested extra towels or information about local attractions.

I stayed here because of Miri Jazz Festival. Pity that we can't book a room at the seaside and only at the hillside.If you don't want to go into town its boring to stay in your room while at balcony side you can sit there.

Poolside was boring since no shade and we left to Marriot Hotel since food is beter and service exelent. We might stay there next time. Room boring if you sit at Hillside.A Negatief point was when I checked in that first they looks puzzeld and than don't give breakfast coupons and had to ask for it since I booked it including breakfast

The location in this coastal town is problematic as the humidity and salty air make everything smell musty. It is far from the bustling shopping areas giving tourists a calmer setting to retreat to. the rooms may not be perfect, but they are lovely and comfortable while the breakfast buffet is awesome.

Some guests are often greeted by receptionists who lack warmth, hospitality and kindness.

The Room service was quiet efficient.

The only thing I didn't like during my stay was that the bath tub stopper couldn't hold water from slipping out.

receptionist was rather unwelcoming; should encourage receptionist to go through customer service workshop to smile and welcome guests.other than receptionist, the other staffs (bell boys/ porters) were very welcoming and helpful. Also, i was given a room which is cater for guests who have disabilities such as a guest on a wheel chair or crutches and so forth. so i kinda find it a bit dodgy i am given that kind of accomodation instead of a normal room which i am not very happy about.
